Interesting. There weren't any :flag-at: :note-50: since the Duisenberg era - except the F/S :note-50: printed in Austria for Italy (by the way: does anyone know why this was done? Heavy workload in Rome at that time?)
Austria is responsible for producing :note-50: in 2020, so they should have Lagarde signature...
As it is unlikely that the Draghi signature was a mistake, I can think of two possibilities:
1) They printed some of the 2020 production already last year in order to evenly spread the workload
2) we have something similar as back then with the :note-50: F/S
any other possibilities?
