I don't really hate him, I'm just mad about the probably 'fake'(?) notes he's entering

There are several months between the two registrations!!
And what about the this: both notes were entered by the same users at the same day
(Dribbel entered the two notes at 23-08 and Pitler also the same two notes today (3-3))
So it would be very strange if those two notes were going to the same place in the same time so someone could entered these notes 7 months later.

At the same day Pitler and Dribbel also had a hit.
Dribbel entered that other note also at 23-8-2002, At almost the same time and Pitler entered both notes at 3-3-2003.
It were both Greek notes so maybe it are some 'pooling-notes'
I suggest to change the order of the countries in the database. It would be much more clear and convenient for most users to have those countries on the top of the list where the Euro is official currency: less scrolling, less bills entered for Albania or Andorra by accident, concise arrangement. The current confusion occured probably because Belgium is followed by Cuba.
Plus, in this case you don't need to hesitate to add several other countries which could be quite confusing otherwise.

Hard to believe that they planned almost ten months ahead. Hard to believe that it is purely coincidential, either. Very plausible that they know each other.

Yeah, it looked genuine to me ... but two consecutive hits so far apart in time ?
The first user had two genuine consecutive numbers, and Pitler hit them both with serialism ... ? Not possible, since they are in a different range.
Maybe the notes did stay together in a sock, or a a bank for a long time.
But I think it's a bit early to conclude that Michael T. and Pitler know each other.
It is possible Pitler got the banknote data somewhere on the internet. A long time ago we had a user here who placed all his note data uncensored on his webpage. But there are other ways to obtain the necessary data to enter banknotes with a high hit probability. And I'm afraid Pitler discovered one.
