The best would probably to keep accepting his entries, but never writing them to the actual db. So only he could see it "exists". That way he won't make a new username and keep being an evil baddie, as he doesn't know he's been caught.. Living in kind of a matrix, you know ;)
Yes, a cruel idea that has many quos. Just thought to write it here as even bad ideas can be useful, when tweaked a bit :)

We'll see .. I tried to give him an option, but if he doesn't want to cooperate, I won't feel much pain when deleting his notes from the system. He has entered 28 notes in 21 different countries, which doesn't seem quite right.

That's a very good idea! Avij, is it possible to ban someone without their notice?
Hey hey hey. I posted the idea as a bad one :)
If it's applied, it must be applied to ONLY those people you know are being baddies /again/, all right? No invisible bans on the first time, as it's kinda against their safety in front of the rules.. If there's a false ban (eg. wrong person banned), the banned person must have the possibility to complain. But an invisible ban would be good for those who keep doing their evil thingies.. OK?
And.. I'm still a leeeetle bit against it, you know...
User 'Vee' entered notes in Estonia today.
The notes don't look fake but that same user made a lot of fake hits with another users (anmi) some time ago.

Somebody can translate?
"Received while on vacation in Finland in 1992" -- "I don't remember, somewhere in Finland while on vacation". Funny that it's been marked as found from Trollhättan Sweden regardless of the Finnish comments. Beats me.
