Interesting, amelia is registered in Helsinki, enters a note in Paris and in 10h it's in Helsinki in the hands of Ommik, http://www.eurobilltracker.eu/index.php ... id=2167278

Well.. Doesn't that mean that she/he got the note in Paris just before coming back to Helsinki, where she/he lives? It's not that odd if a note goes from central Helsinki (00120) to central Helsinki (00120) in five hours (ten hours minus flight, checkin, checkout, getting back to Helsinki and using the note).

Ralf told about EBT on a French forum, jeh was a user there and became member that day. But I guess he typed http://www.eurobilltracker.com himself and didn't went to EBT via the http://www.eurobilltrackersite.tk link from Ralf.
Ralf is using that link for his referers, that link points towards his refererlink.
