Stupid .. I've sent him an email and asked him to start following our rules about data entry, or else he'll lose all his notes entered into EBT. I'll probably correct the note entries (or at least reset them to Austria) next week, but first I'll wait a while for his reply.

There definately is! I got those brand new bills from a local bank this morning. I changed them to bigger bills in three different stores. And now Sandels (user that I don't know IRL) has entered most of them again!
Could it be that he has also been changing bills today in downtown and accidentially got same notes? I don't know.
Just curious, why these "hits" are being marked in my list with + and not with * as usually?

Dear Ralf, as much as I admire your energy to hunt down and list the suspicious users, it's not necessary to list their names every time you see hits between them. Trust me, the moderators keep an eye on the list and do the necessary without reminding.
