Those are notes from an europoster or a site with pictures of euronotes.
Some people enter those notes.

Before anyone says anything, I say something. This hit is a real one. I know it isn't interesting at all, but I and minna_ don't know each other. She just happened to get one of my bills from our local department store's info desk (where I sometimes leave my bills).

I just wanted to give you some background information. Moderators will do their decision.

I wouldn't call him a cheater anyway. He has been entering notes greatly in France and maybe he didn't know about this issue with "public serials" from some photos. I know myself one guy that has also entered a similar note once, but he isn't either a cheater. He's a very nice guy and very nice EBT user.

So I wouldn't try to punish these users, but I would try to block these well-known serials from being entered again and again. That would stop this issue from happening... :?

Well, I think it's more like a joke to enter serials like that. But it's a pity no-one wrote 'joke' or 'fake' in the comment field.

Doesn't matter. He should know better. A serious EBT'er enters only notes he/she really has.

If this is a 'joke', then it's a bad one.

Seriously, I hate seriousness.

A playing kid's a happy kid. Let the kid be happy. When you lose your happiness your soul dies and you become nothing but a hollow shell. Wanna be one? I wouldn't.
I still don't understand why I didn't bother entering the serial number in the poster in the tax office. Well. Maybe I will. Some day. If I have the great courage to do funny things every now and then.
Like climbing to a flag pole (done), running behind a bus that was only few seconds faster than you (done. Several times.), entering a serial number I happened to see on the wall (not done quite yet), eating Sauerkraut (done), or tracking euro notes (done, doing).

@ Dakkus:

I like to do funny things too, kids may play and be happy and I do have humour :D

But I just HATE fake hits. That's my point.

Don't be so hard, Venga... I think some people sometimes forget EBT is just a game. Don't take it too seriously. L'européen is a kind guy.

This topic about suspicious hits is necessarily because there can be a doubt sometimes, and it helps the moderators from moderating a real hit, but I really don't like when we blame someone hardly.
(that's my opinion).
