The J086-plate is not known until now, but according to this list they could really circulate in . So if anyone (especially in ) has a picture of such a note with J086, please feel free to post it here!

A last update before the new Europa- will be published on September 23rd 2014. So this time there are only 6 higher combinations, 4 of them were new plates and also 4 of them are are new shortcode-records:

has reached the first plate with 90, so it will be exciting, if they reach also the plate number 100 before the will be changed to the Europa-design.

I think, you can expect, that the default for new plates is now MD.

Again:
the J086 is not listed until now in Guy Sohier "catalogue « Les eurobillets »". Normally a plate is only included there, if a picture of the plate is provided. So if anyone is in the posession of a J086-note, please feel free to post a scan here.
