I have a T003G1 ,I2 ,I3 ,J6 and they all follow the number system that you put forward.
I was lucky to find a J6 with only 2 notes entered.

I found two more in my list of entered notes, but I'm not sure if I made mistakes when entering them, so take them with a grain of salt for the time being. They were entered in 2013 as well, and long since spent, so there is no way I can scan them.

K004J2, T376 (might have mistakenly entered J instead of I)
P052E2, X510 (maybe was 022, not sure)

Could anyone confirm this from known patterns?
