For the L045, they are using the numbers 57-84 to indicate the position on the sheet as first 2 digits instead of the 29-56 they have been using since the L035-plate (leaving a lot of serial numbers unused at the moment).

OK, interesting.
As you say, they are leaving lots of serial numbers unused !!!!. Weird decission of the french printing facility.
