Since at least 2 of this notes were sold some times ago at Ebay, the question of LArdennais is not completly wrong!

that's the recurrent problem when combining collection of bills and ebt; most of those collectors don't care about ebt and our rules: they just register the bills to keep track of them

result from selling/buying bills to other collectors who also register them on ebt (or/and on eurotracer) : they are not random at all !!!
