Should I leave one of the letters out?
No, definitly not! You must made an typo by entering the serialnumber, because the length of the serialnumber don't change at all!

Just double checked it - definitely two letters (SF) and 10 numbers.
I don't want to post the numbers.

There is also a six digit number going vertically on the back of the note.

That's exactly how it should be. On the note it is right, but you probably typed it wrong?

BTW, are you using EBT net page directly or some mobile application?

My apologies, I entered one number twice by mistake.
There was I, not only thinking I had a new Europa note, I also thought I had a fake!

Thank you to both Craft and ErGo for your help.
I'm using the webpage.

With all due respect, seriously now, I have had enough of you guys arguing about who did what in a non related topic. Please continue through a PRIVATE conversation OR open a new topic and carry on there. This argument is now getting far too tiring for the rest of us as it has nothing to do with the new fivers. I understand that as an argument it contains a dispute over the terms of this forum, but please, take it somewhere else, seriously.

Of all countries in the Euro Area, only Vatican City is still lacking Europas on EBT.

The interactive map of Europa fivers paths is updated.

Please comment. I'm not sure if I should add any or all of these paths:
S (IT → SI)
S (IT → SK)
V (ES → NL)

Do I have a new combination as it is not possible to enter the notes?
These are affected: V001G1/ VA003... and V001H1/ VA034...

No, V/V notes are known since the first day. Maybe you have an old version of the javascript in your browser cache - try to reload the site with the keys Shift-F5

OR...
that you're trying to register the serialnumber without having selected the 5€ bill value.
Once you have the 5€ selection done, you'll be able to register banknotes with a letter instead of a number behind the first letter, which right now can only be Z, V, U, S and N. The printer code and the country code are now the same.
Hope it helps.
Jordi.

Does anyone know if many countries are taking the 2002 :note-5: out of roulation already? In :flag-nl: at least the ING Bank will only give Europe :note-5: since last week, ING sends all 2002 :note-5: to the national bank (also the bills which are in good condition).

Here everything is really slow. Even yesterday I paid at a cafe and the waitress told me it was the first new fiver she saw. Three weeks after they were released. At a cafe. In central Athens. Go figure.

Slow in Galway also.
The banks are not giving out new :note-5: yet, only the post office.
I am getting a few from the casino because the slot machines will not accept the new :note-5: .
