A devil's note

Today I received an Italian 20€ note with 666 in the serial code. 666 is the number of the devil so to me it is a devil's note. I entered already lots of notes with 666 in the serial number. Maybe we can start a topic about where and when we find such notes.

Apparently there's something special about notes with the devils number. If I check my list, there are far more notes with 3 consecutive sixes than notes with 3 consecutive other numbers (even more than 3 consecutive zeros, which is a very common occurrence in serials).

I think you are right. Of my 3265 666-notes, 2374 start with U.

So the next question is. Is France sending a message with all these 666-notes??

Is there a way to search for "666" in the bills you've entered?

since it does not work on the "My notes" page, the easiest way seems to be to use the support request form "Edit multiple notes", there enter the following in the "Serial number like" field:

this should get you a listing of all your notes that contain 666 (seems I have 6695 of them right now), it is however not such a nice listing as on the "My notes" page
