My guess is that emppu wrote sete.li on the note, and the two further users saw that and subsequently entered the note here. Nothing suspicious about it.

Thanks for the explanation. sete.li is a lot shorter to write on a note than 'eurobilltracker.com' for sure.

Heavily off-topic:
The shortest possible would be e.bt or something (and ebt.li might well be the shortest one at the moment). Don't know how hard it is to register a domain name in Bhutan though.

The two users lolo12345 and mrssi are suspect.

Lolo12345 tracked 23 notes.
Mrssi tracked 1 note.
They had one hit (896 days, 0 km).

Maybe it is just a coincidence, but it looks strange
