The same, but now we're running lighttpd 1.4.45. It's a "bug-fix-only release" so I'm not expecting problems.
We're now running a pre-release version of lighttpd 1.4.46. I'll be watching the logs closely during the next few days for any oddities.
EBT is currently partially (globally around 40%) unreachable over IPv6. Looks like a firewall problem at our ISP. I've removed the IPv6 address from DNS for now, but that may still remain cached for a few hours. If you are affected, establishing connections to EBT may be somewhat slower. I've asked our ISP to fix this. Their own website is also suffering from this issue.
Edit: Fixed now.

We're now using a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate for *.eurobilltracker.com. If you have HTTPS-related issues connecting to EBT, this may be the reason (but I don't expect any problems).

You seem to be quoting results from the Qualys SSL Labs test. Their IPv6 test is currently broken, try testing Google for example. That also says "Unable to connect to the server".
There used to be a CAA record, but it pointed to the previous CA. I removed the record temporarily, I'll add it back a bit later.

This fix is in the July RS4 Windows 10 update, thanks for the feedback!
You can check if you have the fix by looking in settings -> System -> about shows the OS Build == 17134.165 or higher
Hope this helps!

We're now running a test release of lighttpd, because the main developer of lighttpd specifically asked for testing before an official release. Please pay attention to any unusual browser errors and such, and report any oddities. Thanks.

Works OK here. How are you downloading the CSV, through a browser or some other application? Any further details that you think might be relevant?

Don't know what went wrong, but it's working again!
In all honesty it is possible that this was related to a bug which I helped to pinpoint. The most visible effect of that bug was that logins to webmail didn't work.
