I write with my right hand.
This is a sentence I use in class to teach small children to remember right and left.

I regard myself right-handed.
The same here, only I don't smoke. I do lots of things with my left hand. When I go to pick blackberries my left hand is black, not the right one! When I was younger I learned to write with the left hand. After some training it was easy.

I have always been right-handed. I think that'll never change...

Right-handed most of thri time, for some things (like opening doors and some times drinking) I use my left hand.

I'm right-handed too, but there are a few things that I choose to do with my left hand, like pouring liquids into bottles and other situations requiring some precision, I really don't know why.
Anyway, I am not "ambidextra" or "ambidestra" (both words are correct although the first one is more common).
