The cross in the coat of arms of Slovakia is named Lorraine cross (croix de Lorraine). This chopmark (which is not exactly a Lorraine cross but close) has been found several times. My guess is that they are from some exchange bureau, and those are the numbers of the agencies.

Here are some of these reported so far (with different numbers):
20
55
58 (no photo)
59
62 (the last one, just above this post)
75
J54
J65
N31
I also have found several notes bearing this stamp.
It kind of reminds me of the symbol of the Kazakh Tenge. So maybe it used by banks or exchange offices in Kazakhstan? Just a suggestion
Yes, that sign looks similar to Tenge but not exactly the same.--->https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kazakhstani_tenge .
Are there more banknotes with the same numbers-20,55,58,59,62,75?.There are also varieties with J and N letters. Maybe those banknotes were used to some game?

Nice chopmark depicting a teddy bear (or maybe a baby princess Leya in diapers):

Haha, we've seen Baby Yoda (The Child), so maybe Baby Leya is in the works. :)

I asked it at the Portuguese-language forum, and I'll do it here as well: does anyone remember spotting other card suits?

Looks like arabic script, but I can't read it...

Edit

If it's indeed arabic script you need to turn it 90° to the left, also remove EXIF and GPS metadata while you're at it 8) .
I looked it up: according to my dictionary the first character from the left is called ṣād; the second character, according to an old west african colonial stamp is a number 3.
After further research I reckon the stamp reads "ṣ 3".
