Who made the error. You or your hitpartner?
In such a case please send a picture with clear visible serialnumbers of your hitnote (and the notes before and afterwards) to
contact@eurobilltracker.com , so we can proof, that it was your hitpartner, who made the error.

I did it. I sent a message to support mail. I haven't got the note. I'm working in a supermarket so I write the serial numbers in a paper. Eventually the change come in a new notes , so I only write the longer and the lower of the serie. I'm very hurry to do this . Continuo en español : debí anotar dos números cambiados. Sorry , I don't speak English very well. I'm learning.

Hi. In this moment I've a hit in series. This morning I wrote down the change notes and I made a mistake. I have written to support to remove the hit. I'm sorry.
