Yes; presents during the first GA, where we didn't reach the quorum, approved the date suggested by Ludwigfeld during last boardmeeting on October 20th.
This date is within 1 month after this first GA according to our status and will not require a quorum.

Second General Assembly will be held on Sunday 20th October. General Assembly will start at 19:00 CEST.
