EuroPA – European Payments Alliance.

Não há muita informação online sobre este projeto, mas parece ser mais uma forma de transferir dinheiro via telemóvel. Têm surgido várias soluções a nível europeu (Wero, MB Way, SPIN), e fico com curiosidade para ver quais irão vingar.
O que descobri sobre o projeto EuroPA:

On 13 December 2023, MB WAY (PT), BANCOMAT Pay® (IT) and BIZUM (ES) established the European Payments Alliance - EuroPA partnership with the aim of allowing their users to execute cross-border instant transfers amongst themselves and perform cross-border payments. The first step will consist of enabling P2P transactions between the users of the three mobile payment solutions, followed by other payment use cases in the future.

Two weeks ago, SIBS was present at the workshop EuroPA - European Payments Alliance, in Madrid!
EuroPA is an international initiative that brings together BANCOMAT S.p.A., Bizum and SIBS enabling interoperability between the main European mobile payment solutions from Italy (Bancomat Pay), Spain (Bizum) and Portugal (MB WAY).
This partnership will allow users to make easily instant payments between the three countries using just their phone with their preferred and trusted payment mobile solution. Stay tuned for more updates about hashtag#EuroPA!
