I would have no problem with it ; I know how I got the bills ; and would even on forehand inform in the topic I have received new notes..
on other item , I agree with you except you're saying "untrue..."..
For Instance DIVOL or Taiwind.. they were only removed after several warnings and have one or more fake hits..

He writes that in a lot of notes... As far as I know, "inventato" means "invented", ie. he made up that serial (at least that's what the portuguese word "inventado" means, in italian it's probably the same).
