The film is called "C'est arrivé près de chez vous" (It happened close to your home"
It's a Belgian film, and it revealed an actor called Benoît Poelvoorde : the idea of the film is that a team of film makers follows a serial killer to make a documentary on serial killers...
If you are not Belgian, I doubt you can understand the impact that this film had on the (French) Belgian Community...[/url]
