Remember that L035 was U**99? For the L-printer the first two digits
varied from 01 to 28, and now that they are full, they now go on with 29-56
as first two digits! They should be aware of the E-printed bills with 29-54 as
first digits...

So now for L035 I've seen U**98, U**99, and U**00 ! ... I thought they would go to L036 when they flipped over to **00, but looks like the flip occurred within L035.
