Just to know... Who are your Head of State and the Chief of government?

For France, it's

Président Jacques Chirac since 1995

Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin, since 2002.

And for Canada (not part of Europe, I know...)

The head of state is

Queen Elizabeth II (officialy queen of Canada), since 1952.

represented by a Governor General, Adrienne Clarkson, since 1992.
(she was born in Hong Kong)

and the prime minister

Jean Chrétien since 1993 (he'll resign next year).

This guy (whoever he was) forgot to say these were for Portugal. The pic with the fish is just a lame joke (the prime-minister's wife said during the campaign, that if his husband was a fish, it would be a 'cherne' (sorry, don't know translation), so his nickname is now the 'cherne').
