Tintin 75 years - where to find the commemorative coins?
I just heard there should be a special coin on sale here in Belgium - Tintin becomes of age... 75 years. Do you know where these coins are sold?

Yes, I could, but I'm so terribly busy at the moment that I wouldn't want to waste any time for uncertain efforts. I wish I could just march somewhere and be sure of the result. So, if anyone has really seen and bought them, I would like to know where, please.

Obviously it should be available here:
http://treasury.fgov.be/intermunt/En/konmunt.htm
but if you look very carefully..."The information given on this page was last updated on 31 Jan 2003. "
It seems that web design or updating info isn't their forte

In the beginning of january I did read an article abnout these "Tintin"-coins in a belgian newspaper. In it they said that the fax at Royal Mint of Belgium was turning non-stop because of orders for these coins.
After about twenty tries to the given number I started to look for other options. I did find out that you can order everything they produce online from Web-site: http://treasury.fgov.be
E-mail: order.kmr@minfin.fed.be.
In the confirmation for the order I was told that the delivery would be done at later part of February.
As I didn't receive anything, I did e-mail them an inquiry at 15/03/04.
They have not bothered to answer my mail yet.
For information I did order the maximum three exemplaires.
If I'll get them one day one is for myself and the two other will be birthdaypresents to two of my frends who are Tintin-fans.
