They were (on Monday 26 March), but the production and distribution "key" for the Treaty of Rome coins was a little different. This time Munich (D) had the lion share of the production. The mintages of the German ToR €2 pieces:
A: 1.000.000 -- D: 14.500.000 -- F: 8.000.000 -- G: 5.000.000 -- J: 1.500.000

So it may have been a little more difficult to get hold of a Berlin (A) or Hamburg (J) piece in this case. Here is a map, by the way, that shows which branch office of the central bank had what letters:

(not my map - "dots" based on reports from users of a coin forum)

Next week I have some of Belgium... and I also want all the other coins :)

I also have some €2-coins of Belgium with the 'Atonium'; want to swap those also for the Rome-coins.

When will the French ones be released ?
Maybe you can ask at your bank :?: .
Last week, I've asked at 5 banks in France for that coin. They even didn't know about this ToR 2€ :( .

OK thanks, once again, France missed a great opportunity for making Europe more popular...

@bhoeyb : I already asked to my bank (HSBC) and to my second bank (The Post office) and I had the same reaction : "aaah, mmmmh,... I have no clue what you are speaking about..."

I've asked at Crédit Agricole and Banque Populair (and some other I can't remember) in Avoriaz and Morzine.

Hi,
I got today 10 coins (Portugal) 2€ Treaty of Rome. I would like to swap for the other countries. I don't know if I'll get some more so, for now I'll only with 1 person in each country, first arrives. If I can get more they'll go to the others. I'm sure everybody understands...
Thank you.

I read this on te following site:
http://www.zwei-euro.com/index.htm
April entschieden. Die Ergebnisse sind derzeit noch nicht bekannt. Auf der Münze ist die folgende Umschrift geplant: "RIMSKA POGODBA - 50 LET", "EVROPA" und "SLOVENIJA".
So if i'm not mistaking Slovenia is thinking of making ???? more ToR coins because of the high demand from collectors.
