After quite a few inofficial intercontinentals (received and such, of course, registered in Germany and spent them in Dubai and Indonesia, they had turned up in the Euro Zone again) I had my first and only real intercontinental hit last year. In Malaysia I have found a bill which had been registered before in the Netherlands.
