Never give up hope
Hello from Dublin,
having logged notes for two and a half years without a hit, I have had 3 hits this month. Just when I was despairing of getting a hit.
Due to the terrible treatment of notes in Ireland, especially 5's and 10's, I have gone for the long term and concentrated on 50's.
Value of notes entered : 236 315 €
Average denomination of notes entered : 34.09 €
Distribution of note values
5 € 769 3 845 €
10 € 1 279 12 790 €
20 € 1 534 30 680 €
50 € 3 228 161 400 €
100 € 78 7 800 €
200 € 9 1 800 €
500 € 36 18 000 €
Happy Christmas to all in EBT land,
Citroman
Arthur.

If you enter the total amount entered as
as
(so 100 times more) i bet you had/have a lot more hits. But am not absolutely sure. Not to mention the
. Very nice for you to have your 3 hits on the EBT. If you see the amount of hits in Ireland (and Luxemburg) than it depresses me a little bit. In October 2007 i had more hits than Ireland and Luxemburg combined.
Oh yes, welcome to the forum.
I like to go to Ireland, but since the country is small it has no overnight trains.

Welcome to the forum indeed! Especially you, being Irish are super welcome. Please don't die off. I hate it how tiny the Irish EBT forum userbase is. (or, can you call a userbase currently consisting of two users a userbase?)
So yeah, keep on reading our texts and replying to them. Hopefully one day you just can't let go any more.

allover Europe notes of 5 & 10 are threated bad, but nevertheless the chance of scoring a hit is bigger with them because they circulate more

Nice one! I probably would have given up way before 2.5 years!
At the start I wasn't getting many hits either, but I found as soon as I started stamping notes that changed. I got a few hits like that, but didn't bother any more.

If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

You could always edit the hit comment to tell him to come to this forum and read your post. Eventually he will notice it. They don't get many hits in Ireland..rosalbissima wrote:Hey Citroman!
Thanx for entering my note in Dublin. It's so cool to have a hit with Ireland. I was really happy!!
Hope the hit will also show up at the .EU website
Bye bye
