Which midnight is meant, i.e. which timezone? UTC (GMT) time, CET time or EET time (EBT server's time)?

I didn't mean to nitpick
, but I was wondering if it would be useful to advertise to get more people to vote (if the voting has been closed already, it would be no sense to ask people to vote).

I still see the boxes to enter my vote, so I think the voting hasn't been closed yet.

now the voting is closed and we see the results:
Option Did it win?
A(A) no
B(B) no
C(C) YES
D(D) no
E(E) no
The meeting will thus be on
22.8. - 24.8.
good news: if we put the not mentioned dates in all votes with not mentioned dates to the middle of the preference, the result will still be C

If this holds true, it will be my birthday weekend, and I might not have time.

Hey, there have been people celebrating their birthdays during EBT meetings, that's not a valid excuse

And who doesn't want to have about 40 people at her/his Birthday Party (and doesn't have to worry for renting a hall)?

Will this be the official date? If so, I can plan my vacation at work.
