I was considering that, but didn't feel like going for that, either.

I am seriously thinking of coming, together with Phaseola (my wife) and my three Phaseolili (my kids).

But remembering how things were conducted in Amsterdam I have my doubts that my kids will enjoy the guided Tour.

Anyway, I will try to be there at least on Saturday.

If there is any idea how to keep young kids busy in Ljubjana, I'd be happy to know. (My kids are 7, 5 and 3 years old and they need parks, zoo, animals, toys,... Things that youngsters do enjoy - Coin or Bills are of no interest to them... )

Ljubljana it is a really kids friendly city, there it is a zoo, parks (Tivoli it is the bigger), Hiša eksperimentov (house of experiment ) and in August show for children (for free) - Trnfest.
The tour it is definitely suitable for the two older kids. My sister has visited the cave when she was 6 years old and she loved it. Piran it is a city and probably it will be boring for your kids, but it is near the sea, so don't forget the swimsuits

We didn't succeed in finding what we wanted in Slovenia, therefor we changed our plans. Maybe, I will come to the meeting if I can convert my miles into flight ticket...

I am making plans for my summer holiday, that include EBTM08 in Ljublana. I will be in Budapest week before, from 11th to 18th. We haven't discussed about vacation plans at our office yet, so nothing is sure. So far, I have planned to fly from Turku to Gdansk, take a train to Budapest, maybe via Wien, wondering around south-eastern Europe for a week between Sziget festival and EBTM and then taking train back home, probably through Germany and Sweden.

So, you can put me on maybe-list :)
