I didn't knew anything.

Anyway... there does not says anything concerning the 2008 coins (although it is logical that these coins will have a very low mintage now)

Well... now I am happy as I have bougt 200 of these coins.

Sure, why not? These are not common issues like the 2007 and 2009 coins but "happen" to have the same theme. Actually Finland and Italy will also issue €2 coins on the same occasion (60th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights) ... and they will all have different designs.

The

Greek 10 cent coin from 2008 was found by me on circulation and is already becoming a common sight. I have noticed that the ticket vending machines at Athens Tramway stops commonly give these coins as change.

Hmm, over half of 2008 over and I haven't seen a single Irish 2008 coin. Strange because every single other coin from 2002 (except €1 2007) were released in circulation.
I guess they have enough coins for now. Shame.
