It stands clear that this one is fake because:
.........in the comment it says LOL
.........the town is Ivalo (Finnish town)
.........the postal code is 38510 which is from Suodenniemi
.........the user is from Suodenniemi as well
.........a 500 euro bill is not very likely to appear that far away (though possible)
Besides, as far as I know there aren't any P/P-€500 bills (only 5, 10 and 20)!

Could it be a fake, because both users have about 150 bills entered. Maybe just a bill entered a but later when one of them got it....? :?

Some time ago they made hundreds of fake hits, a big part of that were also triple hits.
I would never doubt Pekka Thai as a faker. He has just so many bills traveling in Lahti region (110 000 inhabitants). There are also several big users in Lahti so that makes lots of hits between them. Yet it's sad that neighter of them participate here in the forums. If one would, he could always say something about these hits... :idea:

The word eka in the comment field means the first. They may know each other because their usernames are very similar.
