It looks like the older version of the EBT tool deletes E-printed H-notes itself ... this way, I've lost about 10 rare E-printed H-notes during my dothunt tour . I hate that .

3 steps allow you counting dots
1. right-Clic on your map and select properties
2. copy the link and paste in IE adress bar
3. Replace "billmaplogpngforauser.php" by "dotcounter.php"

I can easily copy it into Internet explorer adress bar
but what means billmaplogpngforauser.php = It should be this link : fr.eurobilltracker.com/map/usernotes.php

I have no idea what version of the tool I'm using on my notebook, but it's an older one.
When I enter a H-note, the serial turns red but I can store the file. Afterwards -when online-, when I open the file and it's ready to be send, the red serials are gone .
I don't know the way it goes using the latest version of the tool.

At least i understood the problem now

I am not sure, if this a bug or a feature. I think its a feature.

To explain what happens:

If a line/a note is red/invalid the complete line will be ignored when the tool processes the data. So invalid/incomplete/empty lines will not saved into the file or send to the ebt-server.
This is a "working as designed", but we can surely discuss if the design is ok.

Btw: To can find the versionnumber you find in your Help/?-Menu -> About. There you can see a versionnumber and a releasedate (if it is a Version by me)

The version on the "official" server is now up to date again, sorry for the extreme delay.

I also changed ownership of the first post in this thread to ernie who has been responsible for the EBT-Tool for a while now.

I'd like to thank him for his work! Now can we have some more features please?

I started tracking august 27th and I probably downloaded EBT about 2-3 weeks after that. The EBT Tool tells me that I'm using version 0.99.9e .eu with release date: 15-8-2008

Where can I download that new version of EBT? The site that is linked on the first page of this topic states:

Current version is 0.99.9b and was released on 8th June 2006

Maybe this link should be changed??
