Heh, to my surprise, I've just got two Slovenian notes in Poland They look almost unused, but I am surprised that they've got to Poland quite quickly, as most often I have met German and Italian notes here so far. It's a kind of surprise...

For me it's not such a surprise. I used to know a lot of Poles (mostly students) that regulary traveled from Poland (Silesia) to Slovenia and vice versa. Probabily this is still going on.

On the other hand there is a big possibillity that Slovenian notes you've found came from Slovakia as they are pooling notes there. But I can't be sure unless you tell me digits on positions 3-5 (H**???).

Yes, but I don't know how relevant it is. Because from these notes

E004 H**01 - 66 ( 2, 64)

The 5th digit is all numbers between 2 and 8
