IMHO, either correct the wrong notes nor show this table online. Any other suggestion/answer is appreciated.

Yellow means "strange or not known combination" but it doesn't stop you from entering the note.
im not a website coder but it shouldn't be to hard to code i think. Might be harder when you want to add the specific value to a note combo
Good idea, but who will maintain such a list? AFAIK new printer/sn combinations appear all the time...R/J wrote:A suggestion made in the suspicous user topic:

Yes, but some of them are not real... a specific team, in collaboration with/or cleaning ladies could do this as well.Nerzhul wrote:Good idea, but who will maintain such a list? AFAIK new printer/sn combinations appear all the time...
max 1 in every 2 months there is a new combo i think..Nerzhul wrote:Good idea, but who will maintain such a list? AFAIK new printer/sn combinations appear all the time...R/J wrote:A suggestion made in the suspicous user topic:

Guy Sohier and me (and surely others) maintain lists of currently known combinations. Guy's site http://liste.eurobillets.free.fr/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;Nerzhul wrote:Good idea, but who will maintain such a list? AFAIK new printer/sn combinations appear all the time...
Right.Phaseolus wrote:Wrong combinations are good hints for cleaning girls for finding out about fakers.
No, that's not the idea. Typos are almost as fake notes (I always look at the good side of most EBTersPhaseolus wrote: I would prefer to avoid developping a system that would finally help out fakers in better faking...
Well in addition, could it be an idea to colour them yellow in your note list. So after you inserted them. You could also build in a month delay after the note is inserted so you can still find your fakers but i can also correct the fake inserted short codes without NIG...Phaseolus wrote:Wrong combinations are good hints for cleaning girls for finding out about fakers.

It's the correct Finnish Time - the server is located in that timezone. That's also the reason that an EBT day is from 23.00 to 22.59 Central European TimeMDeen wrote:There is a bug in the display of the time when you last entered a note on the main page. For me, it is always one hour later than when I actually entered a note. The times on the /my_notes/ page are correct.
The "last note entered" time probably gets an incorrect timezone adjustment.
