oops, I did it again
(just the same thing I posted on the portuguese group a couple minutes ago)
Expresso published it on the 20th of July (and it's already credited on the press section, with a link to the online version - I have the paper edition with me, so if any of you wants it scanned, ask me before 5PM CET).
I arrived a couple days ago from vacations and I've been reading the newspapers (some of them) I had wandering around random places at home and I noticed the article and registered myself yesterday morning. Just a few minutes after that, I spread the URL to a dozen friends via Yahoo!Messenger (that's where I think most of the Lisbon proximity users registered) and published it somewhere around a weblog called Cafeina (the same, now for the Oporto and vicinity areas). By that time, I noticed the surge of portuguese registations (I know about half of them).
When I was leaving home yesterday, I posted a small comment about the site and its objectives on several pt.* newsgroups, so I guess they'll keep on coming....

PS: you're well connected
I'll revive a really, really ancient topic both to
1) show the differences between now and then
2) welcome the high number of portuguese users who have joined during the last 24 hours, after this press coverage.

Thanks!
We have EBT on 7 newspapers in Portugal, all daily newspapers, and one reference in a websited dedicated to economy.
Also, I'm told there was a short news on a TV. I want to confirm this.
The credits go out to all that make EBT a great project. Congratulations.
