I know there are a lot of (ex)students among the ebt'rs so, I have a question for all Berlin and Vienna ebt'rs. My niece is going to study in Berlin or Vienna for a semester next year.(If she succeeds this year ) Now she would like to know if there is anyone who can help her decide. How are these cities concerning student facilities, prices of studentrooms(important for the parents ), possibilities for an evening out, and everything what a student want to know.
