Suggestion: destroyed notes list

I have a suggestion for a new feature of EBT.

I think that when a bank destroy the notes, they will sign down the numbers (just like us!) for security purpose.
Maybe EBT's staff can contact the banks and obtain a list of destroyed note...

So it can be possible for someone to have an hit with a destroyed note! What a unluck !
It can be also a ranking of destroyed-hit for user, more hit more unluck

I doubt any bank will provide such a list if they exist at all.
The money is put into circulation by the national central banks and they are the banks which destroy the money. This means it were the central banks which had these lists. (However, it seems not every single bank apllies the same criteria for destroying notes.) If they would offer such lists you are talking of they'd have a big security problem, as some persons would surely re-use their serials for notes which are not put into circulation by the central banks...

i do know wich notes are destroyd that i hand in

also there could be made a list with the serial numbers missing from UNC bundels ( meaning they stayd in the factory )

An overview of notes missing the quality requirements would be interesting - at least for the bundle-freaks among us. At least it could be published as 'Shortcode - X notes missing' and furthermore this could be used by teh cleaning girls to decide between science and fiction...
