Latvia: eiro in 2014

Latvian goverment confirmed today, that Jan 1st 2014 is the target for introducing euro currency.
Plan: dual currency (cash) for one month (Jan 2014)
Cash Exchange without charge for next 6 months (almost anywhere - post offices also, not only in banks). Later exchange possible only at Central bank.
Bank transfers in euro only, starting Jan 1st.
Prices in both (old and "new" currency) must be displyed since October 1st 2013 till Dec 31st 2014.

OK, many unanswered questions about fulfilling Maastrich criteria, etc
But, thats the official plan. I doubt anybody needs a linkie in Latvian...
