It's in Italian, so I will give you a short resume. Giulietto Chiesa, the author, says that the ECB is taking away all the N/Y for blackmailing Greece. There are many incorrect details, i.e. J = Ireland and so on...

On the Italian EBT community we wrote some private letters to Giulietto Chiesa about his mistakes. Me, I wrote a letter where I cited some EBT statistics, trying to correct; of course I signaled the fact that EBT users are not diffused homogeneously on Europoean territory, so there are some systematic mistakes.

In this article, he wrote about EBT as a kind of "bank conspiracy" , EBT users are sly business men who are hiding the correct data, focusing on Germany and Finland against other countries and a lot of stupid things like that.

I am very sorry about that, because it is me that I talk to Chiesa about EBT, also if he manipulates all the data. Inside the Italian EBT community we are discussing about what we have to do, but I hope that the name of Eurobilltracker will not be demadged by this sad manipulation.
