Poland, no doubt!
I've been wanting to visit Poland for the past 28 years at least, since I've done a high-school paper on it. Then, a few years ago, I've been real close, on the Slovakian side of the amazingly beautiful High Tatras.
I'd love to be to the Tatras again, now on the Polish side, and also to Cracow and Warsaw, small towns and wooden churches of Little Poland, as well as others, like Zamość or Toruń. Oh, and I would also go for its girls (arguably the most beautiful slavic) and its music.
Then, there's also

Slovenia. It would be a good second runner, especially for its caves, its small towns and -- am I repeating here? -- its music.
I've been to Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Malta and Cyprus are mainly for beach and ruins fans, which I'm not. And I'm afraid the Baltic states are a little less interesting and still suffering the hardship after their independency. Of those, Estonia is the one that draws me the most attention, for its music, its landscape and Tallinn's centre. Whenever I go to Finland I'll try to make a detour to Estonia.
