Please find enclosed here below the proxy that you can use for giving your "voice" to another A2E-Member at the General Assembly that is taking place in Vienna on August 22, 2009.

Who can vote ?

Every member can vote at the GA. Please remember that to be a member, you ought to pay your annual fee. Please proceed prior to the General Assembly.

please note, that, as I still have no Internet access to the Bank Account, I would welcome if you could bring with you at the GA a proof of your payment.

I am not coming to Vienna and I'd like to be represented, how should I proceed ?

Please use the proxy ; pick out one A2E-Member that you want to represent you ; take contact with him and send him the proxy. When he gets the proxy, your representative will undersign the proxy and will hand it out to the President (de-jo) at the GA.

I have no time to send it to my representative ?

OK, fine, we are all in a hurry these days !

In this case, please send the proxy by mail to your representative AND advise the President by sending a copy of your proxy to association (at) eurobilltracker (dot) com

The Agenda of the General Assembly is not yet finalised.

de-jo will publish it as soon as ready.

The main question regarding vote is that we will have a proposal for changing the procedure for votes. The objective is to no longer limit the votes to national seats on the Board.

Wisi had made a proposal previously and I hope that he will be able to make a written proposal in due time.
