Incorrect dots and inaccuracies among city profiles

I also have my average co-ordinate of Italy somewhere in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Yesterday I search for the easiest co-ordinates to remove. But I didn't see any Italian co-ordinates in the (far) east.

I found someone (very probably me, I apologize for that... ) wrongly plotted the longitude of a Correggio child locality to 107835 instead of 10.7835.

A single dot, so much damage...

Now I've fixed the error and everything should be OK again.

Yes, it's now somewhere near Firenze.

So:
1. the average coordinate is simply the average of coordinates, not some spherical algorithm. Should be fine in almost any case though.
2. it allows numbers outside the -180, +180 range, that should be easy to fix.

Nothing that couldn't be repaired. And I must say: there are bigger problems in the world then a marker that does a little excursion outside its territory

I thought Kralingse Veer had it's own city profile, but it's a part of the profile of Rotterdam.

Is it possible to split of Kralingse Veer from the profile of Rotterdam?

Because it's enclosed by another community ("Capelle aan den IJssel") it's considered as a seperate part.
Even the community considers it: on the signs it's shown as a village (if it would be a part of the city, it would be in black figures on a white area).

I had already asked for this correction on this topic, but I guess the problem is the "d' " in the name. The system does not like that.
