My first bill ever with scribbling on it. strange thing is: its directly from an ATM, wich means that the detectors from geldmaat did not see the scribble or did not find it bad enough to destroy the bill.

Whose is it going to be?

It's "INDEGNO", it means unworthy.
I think it's more of an insult than satire...
