I can't come to the meeting because i'm in Hongary from the 7th till the 18th august, but i have a friend who lives in Brussels at 1/2km of (de beurs en grote markt) I wil talk him about the meeting.

Mr Euro, the idea of writing 'EBTM 2004' in the comment of the notes used by members at the EBTMeeting is a good idea, but there's a practical problem :
among the notes I get now, I don't know which ones I'll spend before going to EBTM, which ones will be spent there, and which ones will be used even after.
So I think it's not feasible and not useful to add the comment EBTM04 in the notes we bring to EBTM.
It won't be very difficult anyway to moderate the hits got there : you've got the list of the attendant members, so if you note a hit between 2 attendant members, in Brussels, on the 6, 7, 8th of August or a few days after, with the 'EBTM04' comment by the 2nd member, it's a EBTM hit without any doubt.

Let's not forget to enter that comment about notes we get there.

Yeah, but if you get money and you know that you gonna take to the EBTM04, it's handy for the moderators to enter in the commentfield EBTM04. If you spend it during the meeting and no other participant has received it during the meeting, it's nice to know when after let's say a year it pop ups in for instance Italy. That the bill in question was attending the meeting as well
