When googling KÇD it comes up with a lot of Turkish websites.
Many of them about gravitational waves
(abbreviation of kütleçekim dalgası)
Maybe a stamp of an exchange office in some city?

That's true, but I deliberately skipped roman languages because the letter "k" is not frequent there. But thanks a lot for the hint. I'd also tend to Turkish as the most likely language here. I had also googeled it and came across these Turkish websites but none of them had to do with money.
