EBTM-2012 Frankfurt: Who will come and who won't?

Different from what is written in the newsletter, we need your real names according to documents until 18th April. What we want to have by now is your information on which programmes you wish to take part: ECB visit (generally) on friday - tram ride through Frankfurt on saturday - Visit to the airport on sunday.

Deadline was until today. In accordance with the next meeting of the organizing team in Flörsheim, we extend this deadline until thursday evening, 29th March.

It's a pity, yli. I still remember our walk from Valletta through a grey and rainy Malta to catch a bus to St. Paul's Bay, right after W-EBTM 2010 was finished. So we hope to see you on another occasion.

Depends on a schedule at work I won't get until then (mostly I'm interested in the ECB visit)

And the other days - I have to move torwards a new city in the next weeks - so I also can't tell you if I have time

Hi, can you please add me to the yes list? I guess it's easier to drop out than to be added in later. I had already reserved the post-meeting Monday as a holiday, but now my colleague wants to have the previous Friday, so we are fighting over that day (but I hope my boss still loves me and I get it instead of her )

Today I got that schedule.

Result: I can tell if I can come at the earliest the evening before...

But chances are relatively good, if yes I can attend the full programme

unfortunately i won’t be at the meeting, but coincidentally i will visit the rhine main region that weekend as well. i won’t be in frankfurt, but in hofheim am taunus at the national convention of the german bahá’í community. i might not have the chance to swap a lot of notes that weekend, but maybe i’ll be lucky enough to participate with a meeting hit at least
