i did not find a note but a frend of mi did , bit folded into a ball outside a newspaper shop
when i wanted to enter the note it seems to have been with me about 2 weeks ago

I found my 2nd 5€ note today, laying on the Street
Drove back from Work and saw something on the Street... stopped the car and get a nice bill

There you were lying on the asphalt my Spanish tourist. Mudied, wrinkled and wet infront of my car. I saved you, washed you and dried you so that once you return to your homeland you wouldn't have ill news to tell of the hospitality of the north. And no I didn't run over you, thank god.
