EBT was also a short story on one of Portugal's daily newspaper, 24 horas.

Interesting things in those days, despite the up to 2.000 new portuguese users:
» 13th October 2008, was the second best day in new users in Luxembourg (9 new users), this's because 15% of the population of Grand-Duchy is portuguese.
» there was a new user from Monaco, the first one since one year ago.
» New users outside Portugal, with portuguese names, during those days: 2 new users in Ireland; 1 in Spain; at least 2 new users in France; 2 in Switzerland; 2 in Cape Verde; 1 in Mozambique and also 2 from Brazil!

I just saw that also 4 (!) new brazilian user have joined today. This may not sound much, but there was only 16 new brazilians so far this year.
So there is a effect visible even beyond Portugal. Real nice job!

I noticed the new users "em Lussemburgo"... Tanbèm en Francia... 
A real good day for EBT.
The great thing is that the address was maintained on screen all through the media. And during the morning session, they even wrote "join www.eurobilltracker.com", which was a good promotion !
I wish one day we could have the same support in France...

This was a great work from the Media Group PT, but it was also a gold strike. Written press usually have more interest than the TV`s.
Until know, that we know of, two articles in the written press and a great promotional video in a National TV, which replicated through other channels they have on cable, including the international channel for immigrants.
