That says unc-condition, not unc. So the bill just might be in a very good condition and unc-condition might be exaggerated. And the bill might have spent the whole time in a bank vault. Nothing suspicious I think.

The problem is the same: are collectors that exchange notes: all this hits must be moderated because friendly

but king almost enters all his notes as UNC condidtion
