A note with the EBT-URL on it maybe but not mentioned in the comment? That could explain why both other users entered hardly anything else apart from this one note.

And the second hit may be nice in terms of countries involved but petox and LPF SOUTHERN CROSS® seem to have quite a track record of finding each other's notes surprisingly often.....

I suppose the bill was marked with the EBT address. Two users had entered only that note, there is no other way for that hit to occur.

It hit again! Even if it is "URL'ed", it's rather remarkable. I mean, I've marked a few bills in my time and never heard of them again.

Not really interesting you may think? But a note that travels 2 villages in 9 days and gets found in a genuine manner is very nice. I'm sure I got this note for my mother and she must have spent it where I got it.
